9 SELECTI N G A LOCA TION You can set the TAD-1010’s bas e on a flat surface (such as a desktop or coun- tertop), or moun t it on a wall plate or di - rectly on the wall. 14 CHARGING T HE HANDSET BATTERY PACK You m ust charge the ba ttery pack at least 24 ho urs b efore you use t he TAD- 1010 the first time or when you replace the ba ttery pack .
