37 Replacing the projection lamp The lamp hour timer in the About menu counts the number of hours the lamp has b een in use. Af ter 1,980 hours, the message “ Change lamp ” briefly appe ars on the scree n at each startup. When th e timer r eaches 2,000 hours, the lamp will no long er light.
