Common Fix If SKG-300 was working O K and suddenly stop s working properly (e.g. stop s responding to i ncoming rings or you cannot get a V oIP dial tone) try the followin g: • Quit the SKGAgent (right click on the green te lephone in the System T ray and select Quit) • Quit the Skype application • Unplug the SKG-300 adapt or • W ait 30 sec[...]

• If the Skype™ application was terminated for any reas on while the SKG-300 agent was running, you will need to exit the SKGAgent and then rest art it. • Some telephone handsets requi re a battery to be installed in order to ring.
