4 Getting Started Hooking up the system Perform the following procedure 1 to 3 to hook up MDS-SP55 using the supplied cords. 12 Recording a CD on an MD — CD-MD Synchro Recording You can make a digital recording of a CD on an MD, marking track numbers in the same sequence as the original CD. Recording 27 Monaural recording Stereo signals such as an FM stereo broadcast can be converted to monaural format and recorded.
