12 3.4 Installing, Replacing a nd Charging Batteries Wrong use of batteries might cause serious dam age to the collector or to the cradle. I n order to avoid damage, it is very importan t to take notice of the instructions . Insert full batteries (or a full-char ged battery pack) before use of the collector. 13 Main Battery The main battery can consist of: 1. Argox rechargeable batter y pack (Ni-MH) (Ref. 1) To be recharged when placing t he collect or in the cradle or just put the battery pack in the charging slot of the cradle (alone). Never remove the main batteries (or ba ttery pack) while the c ollector is turned o n. Doing so can cause data in th e collector to be deleted.
