Position rubber seal cap ov er the top of snap fitting. 4. Move deflector control lev er to rear most position. 5. Attach cable ey e to pin on bottom of deflector c[...]

6. Secure cable eye to control lever with sleev e bushing and hairpin. 7. Using the w ire hook attached to the deflector cable, hook cable to discharge chut e crank. 8. St arting Engine / Step E: Prime Prime sy stem: 3 primes maxi mum. DO NOT over prime system. Make sure to cover the v ent hole on primer bulb before the primer bulb is compressed. Hold the primer bulb in the compressed position for one full second each time you press it. Repeat for a tot al of 3 primes.[...]

St arting Engine / Step F: (Manual St art) Grasp rope handle. Pull slowly until resistance is felt, then pull rope firmly and quickly to start engine and avoid kickback.[...]
