5 STEP 4 - ASSEMBLE HEIGHT ADJ. STRAP • Place the spacer bushing (I) into the hole in the height adjustment strap . Place the strap and b ushing between the hitch tubes , aligning them with the rear hole. F asten the hitch tubes together , with the strap and bushing betw een them, using two he x bolts (A) and nyloc k nuts (E). Do not tighten yet.[...]

Inser t the carriage bolt (D) through the handle, the tooth-lock w asher and the strap . Assemble the fl at washer (G) and the plastic knob (S) onto the end of the bolt and tighten. 7 ASSEMBL Y OF HOPPER B A G STEP 10 - ASSEMBLE UPPER TUBES • Fit the ends of the two upper hopper tubes into the ends of a rear hopper tube. Align the holes in the ends of the tubes and inser t plastic plugs (Q). See fi gure 7. NO TE: Either side of the tubes can f ace up .
