Le regole impongono al rivenditore l'obbligo di fornire all'acquirente, insieme alle merci, il manuale d’uso NEC 1.1. Che cosa è il manuale d’uso?

Purtroppo, la connessione e l’avvio NEC 1.1 non sono sufficienti.
