Quick Star t F ollow these instructions to get star ted using Nike + iP od right awa y . Step 1: Enable Nik e + iP od on your iP od . iP o d nano: m Attach the Nike + iP od receiver to iP od nano . Step 3: Insert the Nike + iP od Sensor in your Nike+ ready shoe . Lift the insole of the lef t shoe , remov e the foam insert from the pocket under neath, m and replace it with the sensor .
