14 Assembly .354 (Small Diameter) Retainer F ork Axle • Place a .354 (small diameter) retainer on a flat surface , inside up . • Fit the end of the fork axle into the retainer . • T ap the opposite end of the fork axle with a hammer to secure the retainer on the axle. Assembly T M 24 • Slide the right and left handlebars through the holes in the front f ork. • Align the screw holes in each handlebar with the scre w holes in the f ace of the front f ork. • Inser t a screw through the front f ork and into the lower hole in each handlebar .
