6 Positioning the projector T o determine where to position the projecto r , consider the size and shape of your screen, the location of your power outlets, and the distance be tween the projector and the rest of your equipment. 8 Displaying an image Press the Power button. The Power LED lights blue, and th e fa ns start to run. When th e lamp comes on, the start up screen displays. 9 Adjusting the image If necessary , adjust the height of the projec tor by pr essing the elevator foot release button to extend the foot.
