10 BASIC O PERATION SETTI NG T HE T AD TO ANSWER CALLS After you have recorded a n ou t going message, you can set the T A D to an- swer cal ls. T o set the T AD to answer calls, press ANSWER . The annou ncement number ( A1 or A2 ) appears, then the T AD plays the outgoing message and shows t he number of recorded mes sages . The AN- SWER in dicato[...]

13 RECORDING A MEMO A m emo is a message you can record at the T AD for yourself or others. Y ou can record memos of up to 60 seco nds long in an y of t he mailboxes.
