10 IDLE SPEED Use the “low” position on the throttle le ver to reduce stress on the engine when tilling is not being perf ormed. Lowering the engine speed to “idle” will help extend the lif e of the motor , as well as conser ve fuel and reduce the noise le vel of the equipment. 11 DRIVE SAFETY CONTROL LEVERS FOR W ARD LEVER Engages wheels and tines into f orward. Pulling the drive saf ety control lev er labeled (FORW ARD) toward the handlebar engages the wheels and tines.
