Encryption Code The BTR/TR-2 4 system uses a 64 b it DES (Dig ital Encryptio n Standard) encrypt ion algorit hm to encrypt all audio in the s ystem . The beltpacks in the system have a “key” that th e algorith m uses as the basis for t he encrypt ion. The same “ke y” must be used in all beltpacks on the system for comm unication to occ ur. [...]
