8 Attachin g Starter Rope • The ro pe guide is attached to the righ t side o f upper handle. Loo sen the wing nu t which s ecures the rope guid e. See Figu re 5. 12 Lubrication Always stop engine a nd disconnect spark plug wire befo re cleaning, lubricating or doing any kind of service work on the lawn mower. Blade Control: Lub ricate the pivot po ints on the blade control handle at leas t once a season with light oil . The blade cont rol must op erate free ly in both dire ctions. See Figu re 13.
