16 Setting the pa ssword The A T R120 allow s for th e use of a fou r- digit num ber as a password to protect programmed settings. When the password is set, you will be asked to enter it each time you enter the programming mode. It is recomm ended that if a passw ord is used that you write it down and store it in a safe place. 20 Next, rem ove and dis card the pin an d clip. Rem ove the ribbon cassette by first sliding it le ft and then upwards as shown by the illustration ( A & B). Place the new ribbon in to the A TR120.
