7 Connecting a video de vice If you r video devi ce has mor e than on e output, select th e high est quality one. DVI vide o has the best qua lity , followed by Componen t vi deo, S-vide o, and then compos ite video. 30 Replacing the projection lamp The lamp hour timer in the About menu counts the number of hours the lamp has been i n use. After 1 980 hours , the message “Ch ange lamp” brief ly appears on the sc ree n at each startu p.
