Законодательство обязывает продавца передать покупателю, вместе с товаром, руководство по эксплуатации NEC 790. Что такое руководство?
Слово происходит от латинского "instructio", тоесть привести в порядок. Следовательно в инструкции NEC 790 можно найти описание этапов поведения.
