4 F unc tions The 12 functions available are: Oven light The oven ligh t remains on during the preheat phase and for a further 3 minutes after reaching temperatur e. 5 Base heat This function uses the base element only . It will crisp up your pizza or quiche base or finish off cooking the base of a pastr y case on a lower shelf . 6 Grill (full) This function uses the heating elements in the roof of the oven. Pr eheat the grill for 5-10 minutes befor e use. The grill pan should be used on the upper shelf position.
