The hood offers two modes of operation: Air extraction The air is drawn in and cleaned by the grease filters and dir ected outside. The hood comes equipped with a non-return flap . Inserting / replacing the active char coal filters For recir culation mode an active charcoal filter must be used in addition to the grease filters. The char coal filters are designed to absorb cooking odors.
