5 3 Installation and Setup 3.1 Handling Call- UPS II is sensitive to electrostatic discharge. It is shipped in a con- ductive bag to help dissipate damaging static charges. However if a change is needed, select items from the UPS Characteristics menu. New settings may conflict with the operation of UPS monitoring software in use, so check the requirements of the system before changing them.[...]
