11 FEA TURES OF THE CONSOLE The advanced console offers a selection of features designed to make your workouts more effective. When you select the manual mode of the console, you can change the resistance of the pedals with the touch of a button. As you pedal, the console will provide continu- ous exercise feedback. 12 Follow your progress with the display . The upper half of the display will show the elapsed time, the distance (in total revolu- tions) you have pedaled, and the resistance level of the pedals.
