Press PROGRAM RUN to make sure the thermostat is in the run program mode, then press TIME FWD and TIME BACK at the same time to enter the configuration menu. 12 Comfort-Set III thermostats have one of two different program models (7- Day or 5+2/5+1+1 Day). MANUAL OPERA TION Y our Comfort-Set III thermostat can be used to control temperature manually (without programming). For manual operation, press SYSTEM to select HEA T or COOL, then press PRO- GRAM HOLD . Use or to set the temperature as desired. PRO[...]

This program style is best suited to people who have the same schedule five days in a row and then a separate schedule for two days in a row .
